This time Cesar Augusto's from Best Day will tell us everything that made for being a Super Rep for his passengers.

He send his people to Xplor, by the moment they were returning to the hotel Messrs someone forgot their bag with all their belongings on the truck. (money, glasses, clothes, etc).

When the passengers realize that, they came to the hospitality desk very concerned to ask their rep if there was a way to get their belongings back...

Cesar very kindly asked Xplor offices if the transportation has leaved the hotel where they were staying, the answer was afirmative, so our "Super Rep" Cesar took his motorcycle and drove almost the entire hotel zone to reach the transport truck, luckily, it was arriving just in time to another hotel to leave other passengers  at it, Cesar could speak to the driver, lucky! The driver handed the bag intact, so Cesar could drove back to return it to the owners. That's how our "Super Rep" could effectively help their passengers, they were very pleased and satisfied with Cesar's good job.

Cesar with his motorcycle made what Super Man does for his city, except that in this case was helpping worried tourist to feel happy at Cancun.
