This time I will tell you a story that shares Lupita Baron from Transalmex and which, once again, shows us how Reps. do extraordinary things to help customers and make of their vacation a dream come true:

This is the story of a couple who comes to stay at a hotel. It's one of those couples that are rarely seen: they come to get married but with about 60 years old each one. They are both very excited about the wedding.

A few days before the wedding, they go to a mall to buy some things, after their purchases they have planned to go to the Registry Office to make some arrangements for the wedding documents. Bad luck for them, while they are in the mall, the lady realizes that no longer has the bag where they keep all their documents, not only both passports, but all necessary papers to get married. The lady begins to despair and don’t know what to do. She runs in search of the taxi driver who because she thought she had remained the documents, but she can’t find the driver. She goes to the taxi stand to get assist but they can not help her because they need the taxi number to reach it.

Arriving at the hotel the lady is discarded and with tears running down her cheeks. She request for help to the hotel but they can not do anything because they have no record of the taxi number and it is virtually impossible to find it. Finally, as she had already asked everywhere and nobody had been able to help, Lupita approaches and asks if she can do something. Lupita, wanting to help, replied that never had a similar situation, but she imagine that first of all they have to call the Taxi Union to see if there is any report. So they do it.

Start talking with the Union representing taxi drivers, but at this moment there is a problem in the hotel phone and is impossible to make or receive calls. She decides to go with the desperate future wife to buy a 30 pesos phone card. The Union says that so far there is nothing reported, but they if they know something they will let them know.

The next day they received a call from the taxi drivers' Union announced that they have located the driver, that in fact it was noticed that a bag was left on the seat, but when he realized and returned to the mall he can find the clients. The steward and the driver go personally to deliver the documents to the lady, and she, with tears of happiness, thanks them and Lupita.

Finally they are able to get married. Wonderful: The Mr and Mrs are very happy.

Last year, husband and wife returned and approached our super Rep. to ask if she remembered them. Lupita answers: of course, the couple who loose their documents for wedding. The lady gives her a hug again and says that they are very happy since they got married.
