Our dear friend Rosa Monroy left us last winter for teaching Mazatlan people to work.

So my dear friends, Miss Monroy went as Resort Lead to Mazatlan with the company Sunquest or Thomas Cook North America after a successful summer with Thomas Cook Uk at Riviera Maya.

At Mazatlan she handle about 400 passengers a week and a team of 3 representatives. Much of its volume will be at Riu Grand Emerald.

Rosa has been on the Riviera Maya destination for 12 years, promoting for different companies, and the last 5 years on tour agencies as Air Tours, Thomas Cook Uk and Sunquest. This has provided an opportunity for their personal growth.

Rosa packed suitcases at November, with all the knowledge she has learned about tourism in our beloved Riviera Maya, she went to the Pacific to teach them how to do it.

Our dear friend thanked her great teachers: Mr. John Hollisworth, Manager of Thomas Cook Uk who gave her the opportunity to join this prestigious british company where she worked for 5 years. Rosa is also grateful to her supervisor and dear friend Ian Dyer who supported her this recent months (because of the flu). And of course she cannot go away without thanking the Senior Admin Matt Hammond for all his support during this busy summer. Without this valuable help, Rose wouldn't be able to make this major step for her career.

With a sad goodbye on her face she told us that she will miss everyone, the whole team of Thomas Cook Uk at summer, all the people from Iberoservice, and all suppliers. But she says that she will return with a smile on his face next summer!
